Artificial Intelligence Club
The Artificial Intelligence Club, Don Bosco College, Tura comprising of eight members was formed on 30th March 2022. Artificial Intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence by machines, especially computer systems. Specific applications of Artificial Intelligence include expert systems, natural language processing, speech recognition and machine vision.
Artificial Intelligence systems work by ingesting large amounts of labeled training data, analyzing the data for correlations and patterns and using these patterns to make predictions about future status.
Artificial Intelligence programming focuses on three cognitive skills:
- Learning
- Reasoning
- Self-correction
Objectives of Artificial Intelligence Club
- To introduce Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, its tool and techniques to the students.
- To familiarize students about the usage and importance of Artificial Intelligence and also to develop our students into a competent professional in academics and other professional fields as well.
- To impart interactive learning sessions through lectures, discussions and hand-on sessions on applications of Artificial Intelligence.
- To impart quality and value based education and contribute towards the innovation of Computing, Expert System, Data Science, etc. and to raise the intellectual satisfaction level of all stakeholders.
Mission of Artificial Intelligence Club
The mission of the Artificial Club is to make the new generation of our country aware of the powerful computational tools that will benefit India in addressing societal needs especially in areas such as healthcare, education, agriculture, smart cities and infrastructure including smart mobility and transportation.
